We are a small, senior team that goes in first, into the leadership challenge, the organizational gap, the talent question that does not yet have a name, so that when the moment of execution arrives, you are not starting from scratch. You are building on ground that has already been prepared.
We do not send junior staff to learn on your time. We do not hand you a framework and leave. We go in first, we do the work, and we stay until it holds.
Ivan Perry
Ivan works with organizations on leadership effectiveness, executive assessment, and talent strategy. He is an advisor to AESC and is actively engaged with clients on 360-degree feedback design, workforce planning, leadership development architecture, and Hogan-based assessment programs. His practitioner foundation spans global HR leadership at the Internet Society and Activision Blizzard, where he led workforce planning, leadership development, and DEIB strategy across complex, multinational environments. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner.
His clients come to him when they need someone who has sat inside the organizations they are trying to build, and can translate that experience into assessment and advisory work that is grounded, practical, and actionable.

Ramya Srinivasan
Ramya brings operational precision and people-centered instincts to ADVON Leadership Advisors. Her background spans HR operations, full-cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, and workforce reporting, with hands-on experience supporting global, mission-driven organizations. Most recently she supported HR and recruiting operations at the Internet Society, managing end-to-end workflows, HRIS integrity across a multinational workforce, and complex recruitment pipelines.
Beyond HR, Ramya holds certifications in Google Ads and HubSpot and has managed paid and organic search campaigns for clients across industries, giving ADVON added capability in how we show up and grow.
