Ivan Perry is the founder of ADVON Leadership Advisors and a former U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer who has spent two decades inside the talent and leadership challenges his clients are navigating now. His practitioner foundation spans global HR leadership at the Internet Society, Activision Blizzard, and Choice Hotels International, where he led talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development across complex, multinational environments, alongside fifteen years of retained executive search at firms including Heidrick and Struggles, Diversified Search, and Boyden.
He now partners with CHROs and senior HR leaders on leadership assessment and talent acquisition advisory, bringing the same rigor he applied as an in-house practitioner and search professional to every engagement. He is a certified Hogan Assessments practitioner and holds certifications in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and the Predictive Index.

Ramya brings operational precision and execution discipline to ADVON Leadership Advisors. Her background spans HR operations, full-cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, and workforce reporting, with hands-on experience supporting global, mission-driven organizations. Most recently she led HR and recruiting operations at the Internet Society, managing end-to-end workflows, HRIS integrity across a multinational workforce, and complex recruitment pipelines.
Beyond HR, Ramya holds certifications in Google Ads and HubSpot and has managed paid and organic search campaigns across industries, giving ADVON the in-house capability to drive visibility and reach the right client audiences.
